Truly excellent customer service can turn customers into valuable brand ambassadors for life. On the other hand, customers who aren’t happy with the service they receive from you will hit social media en masse and tell their networks all about it. It does not matter if you’re a private service or public service, customer opinions count to your service and affect the morale of the workforce in both a positive and negative way.
Your workforce, who meet and work with your customers and stakeholders, deserve much more than a one size fits all approach to their development because every one of them is unique.
Would you like to you know what motivates your workforce and customers, what makes them happy, productive and loyal?
What we offer
At Workforce Solutions Group we have some great products to help you. Along with our bespoke training, coaching and business consultants they will challenge thinking, support the right culture and develop new ways of working.
Here are some of our products to help solve the problems:

Language & Behavior
The Language and Behaviour Profile (LAB Profile®) is a way of thinking about people and groups that allows us to notice and respond with just the right Influencing Language.
It’s tailored to each situation and structured to allow us to understand how people get motivated, how they process information, and how they make decisions.
Care & Compassion Feedback
Is an online tool developed to validate, identify and support the development of health and care environments. It engages leaders, staff and other stakeholders including patients, carers and other users of healthcare services. Along with its benefits in care, it will have significant cost savings in the collection, collation and reporting of patient and staff feedback.
Developed with University of Coventry and health partners funded by Health Education England.
Multi Source Feedback (MSF)
Also known as 360° feedback, can be defined as a process by which multiple individuals, representing discrete informant groups, give objective feedback which participants can use to develop their behaviours, attitudes and skills.
CPPD is the identification of areas for development that are needed to support change – but this can be resource intensive. How then can people continue to improve their skills and learning? The answer is Multi Source Feedback (MSF).
